Motion Beds Direct is the first UK website dedicated solely to Motion Beds.

We have been running a very successful Recliner company  for many years www.reclinersdirect.co.uk and due to high demand and customer our feedback we are proud to introduce our new motion bed website. www.motionbedsdirect.co.uk

We are a  very fast-growing family run company based in Preston, in the Northwest of England. We are an Internet Only company, enabling us to offer world class motion beds at affordable prices. Motion Beds Direct offer an extensive online collection of world class MOTION/ELECTRIC, MASSAGING AND LIFT BEDS from a variety of suppliers and  manufactured to the highest standard, featuring THE most comprehensive warranties in the industry.


Our Mission

Our mission at Motion Beds Direct is to provide the finest quality Motion Beds at the lowest possible prices. We have a wide range of Motion beds in a variety of styles and sizes, all with fast track delivery. If the item you are looking for is not in stock we can order it for you if it is available. Delivery on items ordered will take from 4 to 6 weeks.

We have also eliminated overheads and sales commission, enabling us to sell to you at the best possible prices. Most importantly we are able to control the quality of the product delivered to your home; a piece that is guaranteed for years.


Conditions

The warranty shall extend to the original purchaser for the life of the warranty. The warranty shall cover use in the purchaser's home. The warranty cannot be transferred.


Warranty

Claims can be made directly to Motion Beds Direct. The warranty period on the electric mechanism is 12 month and mattress warranties vary depending upon manufacturer. The warranty covers any part or parts of the product found to be defective in material or workmanship.

If it should become necessary to return the product to the factory for repairs, the cost of packing and shipping to and from the factory is not covered in the warranty. Most repairs can be made in your home. Evidence of original ownership such as a sales invoice or other document will be required.

The warranty shall not apply to any condition or defect resulting from misuseage, negligence, alterations, fire or accident.

Motion Beds Direct offer a FREE nationwide delivery service for all our beds (Setup NOT included) Conditions Apply.

As part of our unrivalled customer care package we also offer in-house setup (recommended) starting at £35 for areas within Lancashire. For orders outside Lancashire please contact us with your postcode before placing your order as prices will vary depending on where you live.

Setup is available in most areas of the UK Mainland.

Deliveries to Scotland are £45

We can usually deliver your motion bed within 7-21 days of you placing your order. However please note that special ordertake from 2 to 4 weeks for delivery as these recliners are made to order. Additional delivery charges may apply if you live in a remote area, and you may be limited to a specific delivery schedule.


Payment

We accept Debit cards, Visa Debit and Visa Card over the telephone and also personal and certified cheques, bankers draft and cash.  Please be aware that if you pay by cheque, we will not proceed with your order until your cheque has cleared.

There is no charge if your purchase is made using a Debit card, Maestro card, Switch card or Visa Debit

*Please Note:

For Credit cards there is a 2.8% charge.

For Commercial cards the charge is 3.4%


Returns Policy

In the unlikely event goods arrive damaged or parts missing, you must notify Motion Beds Direct within 24 hours of delivery.

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for and arrange for the return of the goods.

The recliners must be returned in the original packaging and in unused condition.

All monies relating to the returned goods will be refunded within 28 days of receipt of the goods by us by the same method of payment used to purchase the products, provided that they are in the '' Same '' condition that they were in at the time of delivery.

If no notification by email or in writing has been received by Motion Beds Direct within 7 days of delivery, you shall be deemed to have accepted the goods.

Motion Beds Direct takes great care to make sure all its information and detail is correct on our web site. However if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason you may, within 7 (working) days after the date of delivery of said item contact our customer services department by email that you would like to return the goods, subject to the following exceptions.

  1. All orders that have been 'specially made to order' can only be cancelled within 48 hours of the order being accepted by us.
  2. All goods are returned in the same original packaging and in unused condition.
  3. Due to us delivering FREE of charge, the buyer will have to cover the carriage when returning any products. (Exemptions apply, contact us for details).
  4. Depending on the reason for returning the product a 10% re-stocking fee may apply (to a maximum of £50).

Cancellation Policy

Motion Beds Direct will accept cancellations if you contact us before your Motion Bed has been dispatched (and if it is NOT a Special Order). After such time it will be at the sole discretion of Motion Beds Direct as to the final determination of your order. A cancellation or re-stocking fee may result.
